I hear that your company is one of the options.

I looked at your website and it looks like you are a real company.  The other option I'm not sure of.

They don't list a business address, or any management names, or anything like your website does, but it seems like they offer more services than you do, like collections.

They also say they have the only totally integrated payment system in the industry.

Can you tell me what you would say about these issues?

I have to make a decision soon so a timly response would be appreciated.

I can't really respond to your comments about the "other option".  We don't talk about other companies.

I can tell you that we work with Trim-Fit-Well which is one the options you are looking at, and the solution that they offer incorporates our ACH product into their software on a fully integrated basis.

We are a real company, with a full time support staff, IT department, etc.  We manage our own network operations center on the premises, and in fact, manage servers for banks that license our platform in the same center here in our offices.

We process for several Credit Unions, Fortune 500 companies, Utility companies, etc., which should help you know that we are stable and pass due diligence routinely.

We are working with John Hicks at TFW to make a solution available to your group that will fill the needs that you have.
