It says in the first post up in the compliance forum; Please bear in mind that while this is not all encompassing regarding compliance, it does cover some of the vital necessities for Originators. Where can I get more information on what "all encompassing" would be?

The 'All Encompassing' version of the NACHA rules can be found in the yearly publication put out by NACHA. For more information on the 2005 ACH Rules, you can visit the NACHA website at www.nacha.org. Paul (11/29/2005)
