ISO/Reseller Program – Our ISO/Reseller Program allows for a commissioned based partnership to exist between Alliance and the reselling agent.  This relationship is beneficial to both parties and allows the reseller to suggest a preferred ACH provider.  With our commission based ISO program, a reseller will earn monthly commissions based on the activity of the merchants that they bring onboard.  ISOs are expected to help their clients through the entire application process and continue to provide sales support as needed (especially if Alliance is just being utilized as a back-end processor and/or integrated into a 3rd party software situation – in other words, we are a silent partner).  The ISO will be provided with an ISO management tool which will allow them to send out applications electronically, monitor the progress of those applications, monitor merchant activity, and review commissions earned.  Commissions are paid on the 15th business day of the following month in which they are earned (i.e..  May commissions were paid June 21st).  Buy rates are assigned to the ISO based on merchant volume - not transaction volume.  Those buy rates are the base minimum that the service can be sold at.  There is a $250 ISO registration fee that is assessed upon approval and then an annual renewal fee of $100.
