Merchant Processor - When a business chooses to act as a merchant processor, they are adding ACH as a feature to their services – whether they are a gym, a daycare, selling a service via internet, or paying their sales team.  They have elected to use ACH as an alternative method (or the primary method) of payment. A business, acting as a Merchant Processor, would initiate their ACH items using our AllianceACH® Gateway.  Because our AllianceACH® Gateway is completely web-based, there is no software or user licenses to purchase.  For those business’ that have their own accounting software, XML integration API allows the business to create a full integration with our backend processing platform for file submission, return information with detail, file settlement summary and detail, item lookup and history, and many other reporting options.  The availability of data through integrating provides everything the business would need to automate their backend management of ACH processing with instant submissions results/exceptions and enhanced back room efficiencies. 

For the business that did not have an API of their own, the AllianceACH® Gateway would act as their ACH processing tool complete with a virtual console that allows them to automate their A/R and A/P processes, offers flexible batch format import and export, full itemized reconciliation capabilities, user friendly interface, complete risk management, and more.

            -Batch file processing:  For those that are not ready to integrate, the AllianceACH® platform can accept NACHA formatted files or user defined batch files (.csv, .txt) and still provide instant submission results/exceptions, as well as user defined return, settlement, and detail information for export.

            -Reconciliation:  Regardless of how your back room operates, reconciliation is painless.  Whether polling data via XML, downloading batch reports, or comparing data through our user friendly merchant console, everything you need is available instantly.

            -Risk Management:  Compliance efforts are assisted through the AllianceACH® risk engine.  OFAC screening, ABA/RTN look up, NOC screening, previously returned item filters, block filters, and more run in the background against every item to reduce your incidence of exposure.

            -Security:  Highly granular user security allows you to provide access to your employees at any level required, 128 bit SSL connections keeps communications secure, database encryption safeguards your data, and a highly secured facility with access control assures you of security integrity.
