Alliance Payment Technologies® was formed in 2002 to fill perceived needs in the ACH segment of the financial transactions industry.

Having spent 18 years watching the Bankcard segment evolve I wanted to offer comprehensive technological capabilities specific to ACH.

I, and my staff, set out to create a platform that would attract clients, manage their activity, track agents' commissions, manage risk, and provide a complete audit trail of all activity on the platform.

During the past 4 years we have established a reputation for excellence in all areas with our customers, a reputation we will continue uphold through hard work and staff that values maintaining the reputation with a commitment to serving our clients.

We are very active in the industry with memberships in three NACHA councils so we stay involved in, and informed of, changes and trends that affect the industry.

We are keen on educating our clients in all areas in which they need to have an understanding regarding rules or regulations relating to thier type of product use within the ACH.

Although we are a third party processor, we do not intend to be a processor competing for Originator/Clients, but wanted to bring our technology to the industry as a comprehensive tool for all.

We licensed our first platform to a financial institution in June of 2004.

Our second generation software (Version 2.0) was released in May of 2006 and is the current production platform, incorporating Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and built 100% .NET and Web Services for ease of integration via XML.

As comprehensive as the AllianceACH® Transaction Processing Platform is, the core boasts many risk management capabilities and features but, the new enhanced risk management module fills even the needs introduced to financial institutions by the Office of Comptroller of Currency in OCC 2006-39 (Guidance for ACH Risk Management) issued on September 1, 2006.

The purpose of these forums is to provide information, support, and a general venue for sharing ideas useful to our clients and the industry at large.

Please feel free to introduce yourself.
