We can no longer use our stored transactions with the new system. Shouldn't this have been tested and made working before the change over ?

Stored transactions was tested, the entire system was at length.  Stored Transactions are on the bug list and will be fixed.  I will post an update as to when shortly.

I was just told that the fix will be in tonight's release, so you should see it working in the morning.

Nope, still doesn't work. The submission is now rejected. You are killing my business.

Version 2.0 is not ready to go. It was not properly tested. You need to revert to the old system so we can get on with our business.

I am sincerely sorry that you feel that way, but it is far too late to roll back.  With the thousands of customers we serve we are hearing very few complaints and problems.  We are dealing with them.

One of the situations that was brought to my attention a little earlier today is that with a fix and a new build, we have to wait to push it out into production during off peak times in order to not disrupt the business flow or the high volume hours.

If there is something that we could do to help you get your transactions processed until this is finally resolved I would be glad to do what I can to make that happen.

Please feel free to let me know.

Paul

Ok, you've had over two weeks and we still can't edit our stored transactions. Is this feature just going to remain broken or will it be fixed ?

I'm sorry, actually this has been fixed for over a week now.  There has to be a problem specific to your account.  Please contact merchant support directly so we can resolve the issue.

The number is (800) 923-8652.
