Company Name Requirement

Herndon, Virginia, February 11, 2008 - The voting membership of NACHA—The Electronic
Payments Association has approved the Company Name Identification Rule, an amendment to
the NACHA Operating Rules that will enable consumers to more readily identify companies and
other parties that are the sources of ACH transactions.

BOC Compliance

According an Operations Bulletin issued by NACHA today, the official use of the BOC SEC Code can commence on Friday, the 16th of March.

All Originators who will be using this new SEC Code are strongly encouraged to confirm thier undestanding of the requirements for using BOC.

Please feel free to ask here, or call our compliance department to verify that you are prepared in all apsects including proper notification to the receiver.

OCC Guidance Issued September 1, 2006

As the result of over two years of horizontal examinations of financial institutions acting as ODFI, the OCC has released this guidance. The FDIC, and other institutional regulators will surely adopt this document for ACH Risk Guidance in their respective purvues.

The 'All Encompassing' version of the NACHA rules can be found in the yearly publication put out by NACHA. For more information on the 2005 ACH Rules, you can visit the NACHA website at www.nacha.org.
