Having found our stored transactions, we can not submit them.  I have added permissions to the submerchant in question in order to submit stored transactions but I still receive the error above.  I see you posted to sscruise that a new release was to go live two days ago.  I have not seen any posts yet indicating that it has indeed gone live nor that the problem is fixed.  The online help now seems to be gone from the site as well.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I'd be curious to hear if any usability audits were performed on this new release.  With the heavy reliance on .net postback javascript, we can no longer open up links in new tabs/windows successfully.  This is inconvenient at best.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I see in your response to sscruise that you indicated substantial testing was performed prior to putting this version live.  Working in the internet application industry, I can appreciate when bugs make it into final releases.  It does seem unacceptable that such a straightforward workflow such as "login -&gt; storage -&gt; submit stored transaction" does not work out of the box.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;These are customer payments we're talking about; flexibility in delivery is not an option.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Brian&lt;br&gt;</description><pubDate>Sun, 04 Jun 2006 20:26:19 GMT</pubDate><dc:creator>pukka</dc:creator></item></channel></rss>
